Baked Teriyaki Vegetables
The first recipe I will share using the Teriyaki sauce is a vegetarian option. You can use any type of vegetable. I am using king Oyster mushrooms and large asparagus, they have a wide surface to spread on the delicious teriyaki sauce. You can also grill the veggies and baste them in the sauce while grilling.
