Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

I love brussel sprouts, I wish my husband felt the same way. So whenever I have a chance I make them for myself. I love eating them slightly under cooked cause I love the crunch.




Ingredients
1.5 cup of brussel sprouts (cut in half)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
2 tbsp Olive oil

1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix till well combined.

2. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15mins at 350 degrees or until slightly brown on the edges.
