Pork Stir Fry with Baby Bok Choy Sprouts

I love cooking fast and easy stir fry meals. You don't always have to cook stir fry's with 3 or 4 different vegetables, sometimes cooking with 1 vegetable is just as enjoyable. Plus cooking with less ingredients is always a plus in my kitchen.

I love going to my local asian market or even the asian section to see what leafy green I can find. Here I found baby bok choy sprouts, also I have any greenery that is baby. Make sure to buy already pre sliced pork to add to the speediness of this meal.

1 garlic sliced

Sauce recipe
