Shrimp & Green Beans- Filipino Sheet Pan Meals


I loved making this dish, it literally took 5 mins to prep. I love shrimp and roasting them in the oven with the skin, this ensures they won't dry out as fast. And the absolute best part of the is dish, is the chicharon!!

Ingredients
11-12 large shrimp
1 tsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lime juice or lemon juice
Hand full of haricot vert or green beans
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1 stalk green onions
1/4 cup crushed chicharon (pork rinds)

1. In a bowl combine shrimp, fish sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and lime juice.

2. In a sheet pan add the green beans, tomatoes and green onions. Season with olive oil salt, pepper, garlic powder and dash of sugar. Mix well.

3. Place the shrimp on top of the beans and tomatoes.

4. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 15 mins or until the shrimp turns pink

5. Remove from oven and squeeze more lime or lemon juice and crushed chicharon (pork rinds).
