Instant Pot Kalbi Ribs
Cooking ribs in an instant pot is a life saver, you can have tender ribs in 25mins. I love using a store bought kalbi marinade, not only does it taste good but I can just throw it together. I don't always have time to make homemade marinades so having a trusty go to marinade makes supper time easy.
Pair your kalbi ribs with my korean brussel sprouts and its the perfect supper.
Ingredients
half rack of back ribs or baby back ribs cut into thirds
1 cup Kalbi marinade
1/2 cup Kalbi marinade for basting
1/2 cup water
Green onions for garnish
sesame seeds
1. In an instant pot add the ribs and the kalbi marinade and 1/2 cup of water.
2. Place the lid on the instant pot and make sure the vent is on seal. Pressure cook for 25 mins.
3. Once finished allow the instant pot to vent by releasing the pressure or letting it cool down on its own.
4. Transfer the ribs onto a parchment lined baking sheet, brush with extra Kalbi marinade.
5. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 10-15 mins or until the ribs are golden brown and the marinade is sticky and glossy. Baste one more time.
6. Serve along side my Korean Brussel Sprouts for a complete meal.
