Quick Spicy Korean Stir Fry Vegetables


Ingredients
Equal parts of Broccoli, Cauliflower, mushroom
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup snap peas
1 green onions
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 onion sliced
1 tbsp ginger
Sesame seeds for garnish


Sauce recipe
1 tbsp Gochugaru
1 tbsp Gochujang
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water

1. In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Set aside

2. In a wok on medium high heat, add 2 tbsp oil. Add the garlic, ginger and onions. Stir fry until garlic is fragrant about 2 mins.

3. Add the broccoli and cauliflower, add 2 tbsp water, cover wok and allow to steam for 2 mins.

4. Uncover and add carrots and mushrooms. Stir fry for 3 mins.

5. Add the snap peas. Stir fry 1 min

6. Add the sauce and mix well till combined. Stir fry another 2 mins.

7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
